    Normally Indi wakes up late and has to run to go to college, meanwhile Choti doesn’t like eating breakfast and goes to attend her morning classes with an empty stomach. This leaves Mummy stressed. When both Indi and Choti come back home they are tired and go off to sleep without spending much time with the family. This makes Papa stressed. 

    So, together mummy and papa decided to have a family breakfast in the morning. Breakfasts are important for your daily stint. You lose 80% of your energy while sleeping and you wake up to feeling empty. Eating something healthy in the morning can rev up your body for the day’s task. And no, healthy breakfast doesn’t require major culinary skills to be prepared.
